Check the monitor for baggage claim area

When you enter the terminal from your plane, check the nearest monitor to find out where to collect your luggage: Arrivals 1, 2A or 2B.

Delayed baggage

Each airline's ground crew is responsible for the handing of baggage. If your baggage is lost or damaged during the flight, contact your own airline.

Immediately after arrival, you can go to the arrivals service desk in the baggage claim hall.
