How to transfer?

All arrivals and departures are located in the same building. You can go directly to the departure gate of your onward flight. Please do not hesitate to turn to our blue jacket officers. They are happy to give you assistance.

• Check the gate and departure time on the airport monitors.

• Passport control is located on your way to the gate. Please have your boarding pass and passport ready.

• In case you do not have the boarding card of your connecting flight, please contact the transfer desk near gate 24 or 30.

• All passengers transferring from non-EU countries to European Union countries have to go through a security control. Please take notice to the European security regulations already at home before packing. Our video shows how the security check is made in Europe.

• If your baggage has not been checked through to your destination, collect them from the baggage claim hall, then go through check-in and security control. Keep up with your airline’s check-in schedule.
