Travelling with children?
At Helsinki Airport there are entertaining activities for children to be found. A new activity-oriented play area has been opened for preschool-age children. Time flies with high-quality and safe Lappset and Brio wooden toys and playthings.
The activities area for children, which is open 24 hours a day, is located at
Gate 38 in the area for long-haul flights.
Moreover, Helsinki Airport has three well-equipped playrooms where, in addition
to toys, videos and drawing equipment, there are facilities to change nappies
and warm up baby food in a microwave. The playrooms are situated by Gates 15, 20
and 31. Most of the sanitation areas also contain a space for childcare.
The interior decor of the brightly illuminated play area and the playrooms were
created in cooperation with Reima, a Nordic manufacturer of children's
clothing.
