Alko to open a liquor store at the Helsinki Airport

The store will be located in Terminal 2, at Arrivals Hall 2A, next to the pharmacy and the Jungle Juice fruit and juice bar. It will be open from Monday to Friday  at 10-22 hrs and on Saturdays at 10-18 hrs.

The product range will contain 250 products, about half of them wines.

In its media release, Alko says that its objective is to provide good customer service, and a prime business location is part of that. The choice of place of business was influenced by ease of shopping and the vicinity of other services in the area.

When the airport store is opened, Alko will have 349 stores in 228 municipalities, plus 110 service points for placing orders for products.
