Helsinki Airport services awarded four stars
Skytrax, the world's leading passenger satisfaction evaluation website, has awarded the services at Helsinki Airport four stars.
The results are based on evaluations and grades submitted by passengers who visit the website.
Services themes measuring passenger satisfaction in Skytrax's online
survey:
- airport website, signage and information screens, phone and online
connections
- access to the airport, walking distances, queuing times
- security check and passport control, terminal temperature, comfort level of
the facilities
- shopping opportunities and cafeteria and restaurant services

Based on the evaluations, Skytrax will later rank airports in order of superiority. In 2011, Helsinki Airport was ranked the second-best airport in Europe. Copenhagen was ranked the best European airport last year.
The online survey of Skytrax evaluates airport and airline services. Helsinki Airport's customers benefit from good services on the ground and during flights because Finnair's services have been graded four stars in the same survey.
