Arrival

When you enter the terminal from your plane, check the nearest monitor to find out where to collect your baggage: Arrivals 1, 2A or 2B.

Passengers ending their journey in Helsinki go through baggage claim to the arrivals area, where there are waiting areas for people meeting passengers.

Arriving passengers can shop and enjoy all services.

Delayed baggage

Each airline's ground crew is responsible for the handing of baggage. If your baggage is lost or damaged during the flight, contact your own airline.

Immediately after arrival, you can go to the arrivals service desk in the baggage claim hall.

You can also monitor the progress of delayed baggage in the WorldTracer system.

The division between the Domestic and International Terminals was removed in 2009. Terminals are now airline-specific.
